FAQs

How are your items made?

The needle felted items are made using 100% carded wool. This means that the wool, sheared from a sheep for example, has been washed and carded before being needle felted.

The needle felting process mainly uses a needle that has notches on, and I like to use a star needle as it is a great all rounder with my work. A repetitive tapping motion is required to place the wool into either a cloth or onto more wool.

How can you guarantee the quality of your products?

Every item is made with great love and care before it is sent off to you. Even careful positioning in the packaging is considered so as not to get damaged. We want you to receive the item as it was intended.
